ashfur is not guilty of attampted murder like so many fans have said. he's innocent. This is all Squirrelflight's fault, no one else!!! ashfur was only bluffing for all his "crimes" (Not crimes at all). in Secret of the Clans, it shown ashfur wasn't aware of what Hawkfrost was planning. He simply heard that Shadowclan was invading his terriory from hawkfrost, did what any loyal warrior would do - gets his apprentice to send a message to the leader. Brambleclaw was so much more guilty. he trained in the Dark Forest with Hawkfrost and his half brother, so when hawkfrost wanted to 'meet' him, he should of known Hawkfrost was planning something.
